Resolved — The search is running nicely again and every subsystem is operational

Monitoring — We have identified and resolved the issue. It will take a few hours for the search indexer to catch up and we are monitoring the situation

Investigating — We are experiencing some issues with our search engine and the Web Clients global search is currently not working. The Desktop Client is not affected. Filtering in lists in the Web Client is still functional. We are working on mitigating the issue
